beautiful gardens comfortable sunbeds limited choice atm malfunction
the gardens are beautiful with peahens and peacocks roaming freely , so it was romantic. The pool area is nice , and sunbeds ARE comfortable.
the food offered limited choice and tasted repetitive , a letdown. The cards also would not work in the atm , which was inconvenient.

unclear directions broken toilet seat
The food was decent and had some variety (I liked the tagine).
The check-in was not good. I had to find my room without any assistance, and there were no clear directions. My room was not clean. I found mold in the shower, and the toilet seat was broken. I complained, and while they did move me the next day, the second room wasn't much better.

ABSOLUTELY a fantastic stay!!!
excellent food great evening hot water
The food was AMAZING!!! The Morocco evening was particularly GREAT. The pools were nice, especially the foam and champagne pool party. It happened twice in one week. The rooms got cleaned every day and the shower always had HOT water.

delicious food moroccan evening refreshing dips faulty air conditioning high temperature language barrier
the food was delicious, filled with variety. i especially enjoyed the moroccan evening, it had fantastic cuisine. the pools invited me for refreshing dips.
the air conditioning was sadly not working in my room. i found the room to be at a constant temperature of 26 degrees. i also noted a limited understanding of english from some staff. i thought this was not ideal for international visitors.

food selection daily cleaning super clean pool sunny loungers
i found the food selection good throughout my stay. the rooms got cleaned every day, which i appreciated. the pool areas seemed super clean, and there were plenty of loungers. i liked having a lot of sunny spots to relax.
i noticed some of the staff primarily spoke french.

the family room included two twin beds and a king bed. fresh towels looked daily. the shower had good water pressure and consistent temperature.

the hotel grounds include tennis, volleyball and football courts. guests can access the courts without a fee. gardens are well maintained and provide nice scenery for walking.

quietness and good food.
nice pools good food
i found the pools and aquapark nice because i was traveling with my kids. the food was good. i liked the variety available each day.
air conditioning did not work. i tried to fix it for three days. the mozzies are out in force.

Wonderful Family Getaway
modern amenities enjoyable water park spacious room many activities
The resort impressed me with its size. I felt no need to venture into town. The resort boasts many activities to keep everyone busy. My room was spacious with modern amenities. I found the water park quite enjoyable. My children loved the slides.
I noticed some inconsistent glass cleaning at the bar. Glasses sometimes was not properly washed. I hope they address this minor issue.

Food options pleased everyone, offering diverse selections. I found something new each day. The breakfast included tasty fried doughnuts, a welcome addition. Theme nights provided varied meals to suit all tastes, so the dining experience was pleasant.

The room was acceptable and quite functional for the stay. The shower had great pressure, and I found the hot water reliable. The modern facilities were convenient, really.

The staff showed friendliness and approachability. The manager proved accessible when needed. The activities were in both English and French. They worked hard to ensure all guests had a great holiday and everyone felt welcome.
